Results Report

The evaluation of the survey provides information on the current digital maturity level of the finance function as well as short-term recommendations for action for a successful digital finance transformation and its benefits, also taking into account the digital finance leadership approach.

The aim is to narrow the focus and determine the immediate initiatives as well as to develop a perspective for finance management and the entire finance function.

Specialisation Workshops

The survey is combined with one or more workshops led by Galileo Digital experts to review and prioritise based on the current maturity level compared to expectations. The workshops also include a focused discussion to understand future challenges and changes.
